As we expand, we are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Parts & Service Advisor to join our growing BRP Platinum dealership.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Experience in the powersports industry is an asset.

What You'll Do

- Assist customers with parts and service inquiries in person, over the phone, and by email
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate repair work with technicians
- Prepare service estimates and explain repair recommendations to customers
- Source, order, and sell parts, accessories, and clothing
- Process work orders, invoices, and warranty claims
- Maintain accurate records and inventory information
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale




- Help keep the parts and service departments organized and efficient
