We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Parts Person to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for sourcing, managing, and distributing parts essential to our operations. Duties

- Manage the inventory of parts, ensuring accurate data entry into parts program.
- Source and procure parts through effective negotiation with suppliers, maintaining optimal stock levels to meet demand planning requirements.
- Process purchase orders, track shipments, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Maintain detailed records of procurement activities, inventory levels, and supply chain transactions for transparency and audit purposes.




- Collaborate with manufacturing teams and service technicians to forecast demand and ensure availability of critical components.

Skills

- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping in system.
- Excellent negotiation skills for sourcing quality parts at competitive prices.
- Wellsite knowledge and oil field experience would be an asset, so would experience with electrical parts and equipment.
- Familiarity with procurement processes, supply chain management, and sourcing strategies.
