Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our busy dental practice in West Edmonton. The person will be responsible to work with dental patients, plan treatments, complete pre-determination with insurance companies, update patient records, and support in day to day operations.

The person must be able to work on Saturdays.

Experience

- Prior experience working in a medical or dental office setting is highly preferred
- Familiarity with ClearDent or any other dental practice software
- Familiarity with insurance transactions
- Experience with Sterilization of dental equipment and instruments
- Proven office experience demonstrating organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and compassionately
