We are currently seeking a casual part-time
Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Hawkesbury, ON. Shifts guaranteed for daytime Fridays. Some travel may be required to the clinic in Orleans, ON.
In this important front-line role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients—setting the tone for a positive, supportive experience from start to finish. You’ll help keep the clinic running smoothly, support our clinical team, and play a key role in delivering excellent care.
What you’ll be doing
Welcoming patients and helping them navigate their care journey with friendly, high quality service standards
Coordinating appointments, managing referrals, and providing administrative support
Educating patients on sleep therapy assessments, support and equipment
Handling insurance claims, payments, and billing
Supporting sales of therapy products and resupply
Contributing to a clean, organized, and well-functioning clinic environment
Acting as a role model and ambassador to the company by living our shared Resolve Sleep Health values
What you bring
A passion for people and exceptional customer service skills
Detail-oriented and a quick learner who thrives in a busy clinic A team-first mindset and a solutions-focused approach
Previous experience in healthcare, administration, or customer service
Comfort with digital tools, including attention to detail and accuracy in EMR systems, documentation and virtual care (training provided)
Proficiency in French required
