- Assess patient needs during clinic visits and consultations
- Develop and evaluate individualized care plans for patients




- Coordinate pre-op, post-op, and follow-up patient care
- Provide ongoing education on orthopaedic procedures
- Participate in quality initiatives and team collaboration Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
- Registered or eligible with NSCN
- Three years pediatric surgical nursing experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
