The role
As our HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing our company culture, supporting our employees, and driving HR initiatives that empower our teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert HR advice to both management and employees.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes, including the apprenticeship levy.
- Driving employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive work environment
- Contributing to training and development programmes.
- Supporting employee relations and addressing concerns in a proactive manner.
- Supporting and promoting approaches to wellbeing
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with teams across our offices
Who we're looking for
We're seeking a motivated and adaptable HR professional who has:
- Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for HR and a desire to make a difference.
- Expertise: CIPD qualified with a solid background in HR practices, employment law, and employee relations.
- Knowledge: Experience with HR & People systems and databases.
- Experience: working with diverse teams for successful operational HR delivery and management.
- Ownership: Develop and own People & HR projects and initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams.
- Flexibility: An ability to balance remote work with in-person collaboration
- Initiative: Proactive problem-solving and a creative approach to driving positive change.
- Team player:
A collaborative mindset that thrives in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Package
£33,000-£37,000 fulltime equivalent pro rata
25+ hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Flexible approach to working hours.
To work where you think required – remotely, in an office, on site, and ideally within commutable distance of Windsor
