You will manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding experiences, and employee queries while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. This role requires strong judgment, organizational skills, and a builder's mindset to develop processes and systems. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment and draft employment contracts
- Design impactful onboarding experiences aligned with culture




- Address employee inquiries regarding policies and advantages
- Develop policies that meet current legislation
- Oversee office operations, supplies, and event coordination Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business
- 3+ years of HR generalist experience
- Knowledge of Ontario employment law
