If you're the person your friends call organized, read this.

This is the job that keeps everything else moving. Nothing ships, nothing gets answered and nothing gets counted without you. You'll also see how a brand actually works, the part of the business nobody teaches you in class: what a piece costs to make, what it sells for, and what's left.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Run the inbox: sort what comes in, answer customers, chase suppliers, and flag what actually needs the founder
- Handle orders end to end: pack, label, ship, send tracking, and sort out anything that goes missing
- Keep customers happy: answer questions on sizing, shipping and exchanges, in the brand's voice
- Keep the books straight: log every expense, match Shopify payouts, file receipts and invoices, and keep everything clean for the accountant
- Track inventory: count stock, update Shopify, and flag when a size is running low
- Receive production: check bulk shipments against the order, note anything wrong, and get it on the shelf
- Stay on suppliers and couriers: samples, timelines, delays, claims
- Keep the calendar: shoots, deliveries, deadlines, calls

WHO YOU ARE
- Organized by nature. You already run lists, folders and calendars for yourself
- Fast on email, and you write clearly and politely
- Comfortable in spreadsheets, and you pick up new software quickly. Shopify or bookkeeping experience is a plus, not a must
- Careful with numbers. A logged expense means an accurate one




- Trustworthy with private business information, and you keep it that way
- Able to work on your own once you know a task, and to say when something is unclear
- Based in or around the Greater Toronto Area and able to get to Oakville for packing and inventory days
- No degree or previous job required. If you're in school, we'll work around your timetable, and exam weeks are lighter by design
