Responsibilities

- Develop customized training programs tailored for our atheltes
- Lead group fitness classes that are energetic, inclusive, and inspiring for diverse participants
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to ensure proper exercise technique and safety
- Track client progress regularly, adjusting programs as needed to maximize results
- Offer exceptional customer service by building strong relationships and maintaining open communication
- Educate clients on proper nutrition, lifestyle habits, and injury prevention strategies




- Manage your schedule efficiently to maximize client engagement and ensure timely sessions

Requirements

- Proven experience as a personal trainer or fitness instructor with relevant certifications Bachelor of Kinesiology Preferred (e.g., NASM, ACE, or equivalent), CPR, Child Abuse and Vulnerable Sector Screen, Criminial Record Check
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French or bilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients of all levels
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey instructions and provide constructive feedback
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Effective time management skills to balance multiple clients and classes seamlessly
- Leadership qualities that foster a positive, energetic atmosphere in all interactions
