: The Senior Pharmacist (PharmD) provides leadership in delivering quality, client-focused pharmacy services and supports the safe, effective, and appropriate use of pharmacotherapy across hospital, home care, and community settings. Reporting to the Manager, the incumbent plans, implements, monitors, and evaluates clinical pharmacy services while leading and coordinating pharmacist-based clinical and operational activities.

Responsibilities include team leadership, supervision, coordination of services, quality improvement initiatives, development and application of practice standards, and promoting patient-centered care. The role also supports operational and patient care needs through advanced clinical expertise and contributes to the education and mentorship of pharmacy students, pharmacy technician students, and pharmacy staff.

Experience

- Two years hospital pharmacy experience

Education

- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSP)Entry-level Degree

Licenses

- CPRB certification from an accredited Pharmacy Residency Prgram is an asset
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Licensed with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals (SCPP)

Memberships

- Pharmacy Association of Saskatchewan (PAS)
- Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals (SCPP)
