Overview

If you are a detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant with a great attitude, we are interested in having you join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care.

This position requires a robust understanding of medical terminology and pharmacy operations, ideally experience with Kroll with a paperless workflow, as well as a commitment to ensuring the safe and efficient administration of medications.

Duties will include

- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing specialty medications accurately and efficiently using paperless Kroll system
- Maintain accurate records of medication administration and inventory management.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Utilize knowledge of medical terminology to assist in the interpretation of prescriptions and medication orders.
- Support pharmacy operations by organizing work areas, managing supplies, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications





- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to pharmaceuticals
- Specialty Medication - Advanced Therapeutic Medications - such as biologics and biosimilars
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 44.0 per week
