About the Role We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, provides excellent customer service, works well as part of a team, and is enthusiastic about making a positive difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist pharmacists with the preparation, packaging, and distribution of medications
- Greet patients and confirm prescription and patient information
- Accurately enter patient and prescription information into the pharmacy system




- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, and refer clinical questions to the pharmacist
- Process prescription pickups, payments, and cashier transactions
- Maintain accurate patient and medication records
- Assist with pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking
- Keep the pharmacy clean, organized, and well maintained
- Work collaboratively with pharmacists and other team members to support daily pharmacy operations
- Perform other duties as required to support the pharmacy team

Qualifications & Skills

- Able to speak Mandarin
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
- Proficient with computers, data entry, and common office/pharmacy software
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
