Galloway’s Pharmacy in Central Butte, Saskatchewan is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Pharmacy Manager to join our community-focused pharmacy.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Galloway’s Pharmacy
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and safely
- Provide medication counselling, medication reviews, and other clinical pharmacy services
- Develop lasting relationships with patients and provide personalized, compassionate care
- Work collaboratively with local physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Lead, mentor, and support pharmacy staff
- Manage pharmacy workflow, inventory, ordering, and operational requirements
- Ensure compliance with Saskatchewan legislation, regulatory requirements, and professional standards
- Participate in vaccinations and other expanded-scope pharmacy services, as authorized
- Maintain a solid focus on patient safety, privacy, and quality of care




- Identify opportunities to enhance pharmacy services and better serve the community

Requirements

- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution
- Current registration, or eligibility for registration, with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals (SCPP)
- Previous pharmacy management or leadership experience is an asset
- Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to patient-centred care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently and make sound professional decisions
- A friendly, approachable personality and genuine interest in serving a close-knit community
