POSITION TITLE: Part-time Physiotherapist for Multi-disciplinary Clinic

Our clinic Physiotherapist will provide direct treatment, assessment, and consultation to our new and existing patients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work with patients who have a range of conditions
- Diagnose, assess and treat the patient’s physical problem/condition
- Develop and review treatment programs that encourage exercise and movement using a range of techniques
- Educate patients about how to prevent and/or improve conditions
- Write patient case notes and reports
- Liaise with other healthcare professionals to exchange information about the background and progress of patients
- Keeping up to date with new techniques and technologies available for treating patients

QUALIFICATIONS





- Registered and in valuable standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Experience with insurance procedures (WSIB, EHC, MVA) would be a strong asset
- Performance oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills - written & verbal
- Commitment to quality care and service delivery
- An interest in helping people with physical disabilities and injuries
- The ability to work both individually and as part of a multidisciplinary health care team
