Join Our Team as a Plant Health Team Leader!
Are you an experienced landscaping qualified who takes pride in healthy lawns, trees, and shrubs—and in helping a team do its best work?
Price Landscaping
Services has proudly served our community since 1968, supported by a skilled and dedicated team. We’re looking for a hands-on Team Leader to lead our plant health division. You’ll coordinate and complete plant health services, support customers, train and supervise technicians, and help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Integrated Pest
Management (IPM) certification is a key priority for this role.

What You’ll Do:
Team Leadership & Customer Service
- Complete sales calls, estimates, quality-control calls, and follow-ups.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate schedules with the office manager and keep daily work organized.
- Train, supervise, and support technicians while setting a professional example.
- Assist with budget planning, equipment requirements, and new services that support the division’s growth.
Plant Health Services
- Complete lawn care applications, including fertilizer, lime, gypsum, aeration, weed treatments, insect and disease treatments, and soil testing.
- Complete tree and shrub applications, including fertilizer, insect and disease treatments.
- Read product labels and accurately mix and apply products at required rates.
Safety, Equipment & Reporting
- Complete required reports for time, materials, and pesticide use.
- Monitor pesticide use and prepare government required annual reports
- Ensure equipment is used safely and efficiently, and all work meets company and government safety standards.
- Keep trucks, trailers, equipment, jobsites, shop, and yard areas clean and organized, and support preventive maintenance as required.
- Use LMN software, particularly the CRM, and a smartphone for communication and reporting.

What We’re Looking For:
- To possess and maintain Integrated Pest Management (IPM) certification.
- A valid New Brunswick Pesticide Applicator’s Licence, Class D1.
- A valid New Brunswick Class 5 driver’s licence with a safe driving record, along with New Brunswick workplace first aid certification.
- At least three years of professional landscaping experience, preferably in landscape maintenance or plant health.
- Strong knowledge of plant health, pest issues, materials, application methods, tools, and equipment.
- Robust customer service, communication, organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership skills, sound judgment, and a dependable, resourceful, team-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.

Work Conditions:
- Seasonal, approximately seven months, with the possibility of extended-season snow removal work.
- Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed, often due to weather delays.
- Outdoor work in changing conditions at residential and commercial sites throughout Southeastern New Brunswick.
- Frequent walking and hands-on work requiring physical fitness, stamina, and good manual dexterity.
- Use of sprayers, fertilizer spreaders, and walk-behind and ride-on aerators.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
