Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across commercial and residential projects. Responsibilities

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances according to project specifications and safety standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts.
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques to complete installations and repairs efficiently.
- Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other construction professionals to coordinate project tasks seamlessly.
- Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions.




- Follow safety protocols rigorously during all phases of work to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project progress for documentation purposes.

Skills

- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex plumbing systems.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams related to construction projects.
- Experience with carpentry, HVAC systems, welding, and assembly enhances versatility in office.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, schematics interpretation, and basic math calculations for precise work.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina throughout demanding tasks.
- Knowledge of construction practices combined with commercial driving skills for material transportation when needed.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics ensures accurate installation and troubleshooting of plumbing infrastructure.
