This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 2 days per week subject to change at any time.

Your future duties and responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end intake governance process for business and technology initiatives, ensuring requests are complete, compliant, and aligned with portfolio governance standards.
- Facilitate intake reviews, assessments, and stakeholder communications.
- Maintain and administer intake workflows, status tracking, and governance documentation using Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Facilitate T-shirt sizing exercises to assess initiative complexity, effort and sizing.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate monthly portfolio roadmaps, delivery commitments.
- Track roadmap milestones, dependencies, and portfolio changes, providing regular updates to leadership and governance forums.
- Produce dashboards, intake metrics, roadmap reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline intake, planning, and governance processes.
- Leverage automation tools including Jira Automation, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, and Confluence to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate with business partners, technology teams, and leadership stakeholders to ensure transparency, governance compliance, and successful portfolio execution.
- Maintain process maps, procedures, and governance artifacts to support portfolio oversight and operational excellence.
- Extensive experience with portfolio finances, including usage of Clarity and Microsoft Excel is an asset.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

- 3-5 years of experience in portfolio governance, PMO, project/program coordination,



or technology delivery, preferably within banking or financial services.
- Strong experience managing intake, RAID, capacity/resource tracking, dependencies, actions, and governance reporting across multiple teams or applications.
- Proven ability to proactively identify risks, drive actions to closure, hold stakeholders accountable, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work confidently with delivery leads, QE teams, and senior leadership.
- Solid analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Jira/Confluence, and Power BI, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights and recommendations

Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,000–$130,000. This role is an existing vacancy."
