Looking for a Weekend Night Nurse for a 16 year old girl with neuromuscular disease.

Shift is 9pm - 9am Saturday, and Sunday overnight. Must be available for both shifts every week.

Must be RN or RPN with some experience with children.

Nurse to be trained by family.

Night nurse duties include preparing tube feed formula and medications, administering gtube feed and medications, monitoring use of bipap machine and pulse oximeter, and frequent turning and repositioning throughout the night.

Cough assist machine and suctioning as needed and other specific respiratory protocol for Spinal Muscular Atrophy.

Nurse would also do morning routine including toileting, hair brushing, teeth, and getting dressed daily.

Home is non-smoking, and has a large friendly dog.

Must have reliable transportation.

Located at Dixie and the Queensway in Mississauga at Etobicoke border.

Must provide weekly invoices and should also hold your own insurance.
