Role Description The Program Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and continuous improvement of legal monitoring programs for fire and rescue services. This part-time, remote role is responsible for structuring program roadmaps, defining priorities, and ensuring timely delivery of analyses, reports, and updates to stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating cross-functional contributors, managing timelines and resources, and maintaining documentation and workflows for multiple concurrent initiatives.

The Program

Manager will track program performance through key metrics, identify risks and dependencies, and implement corrective actions to keep activities aligned with strategic objectives. This role also involves engaging with partners and clients, gathering feedback, and translating their needs into clear requirements, while promoting consistent communication and collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

- Robust program and project management skills, including planning, scheduling,



and coordinating cross-functional activities.
- Experience with stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration in distributed or remote teams.
- Ability to analyze complex information, synthesize findings, and present clear, actionable recommendations.
- Organizational and time-management skills suitable for managing multiple initiatives in a part-time capacity.
- Comfort with digital tools for remote work (e.g., project management platforms, shared document systems, online communication tools).
- Knowledge or interest in public safety, legal monitoring, or regulatory environments is highly beneficial.
- Relevant academic background in law, public administration, management, or a related field is an advantage.
