Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret project plans and specifications to support execution
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and construction schedules
- Support field teams with construction procedures and best practices
- Track project costing, reporting, and financial performance
- Establish and maintain project cost codes
- Assist with subcontractor coordination and documentation
Qualifications / Requirements:
- 5+ years of experiencein heavy construction projects
- Adegree in Engineeringor adiploma in Civil Technology
- Proficiency incost control, estimating, and planning techniques
- Strong computer skills, includingExcel, AutoCAD, and MS Project
- A proactive mindset and a passion for learning and growing in the marine construction field
Skills/Abilities/Attributes:
- Document control & reporting
- Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Problem-solving and critical thinking
- Time management and attention to detail
- Knowledge of construction methods and safety standards
Salary: $75 - $95k per annum
The actual salary offered to the successful candidate will be determined based on job‑related factors including relevant experience, years of experience, qualifications, internal equity, and Carlson Construction Group’s compensation policy.
