Role Description The Project Intern will support the planning, coordination, and execution of community and innovation-focused projects in a full-time, remote capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with project research, preparing summaries and reports, and helping track timelines, deliverables, and key milestones. The intern will collaborate with project leads to organize virtual meetings, maintain documentation, and ensure clear communication among partners and stakeholders.
Additional tasks may include drafting content for presentations or outreach materials,
collecting feedback from participants, and contributing ideas to improve project processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Ability to conduct structured research, synthesize information, and prepare clear project summaries and reports.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills, including drafting emails, presentations, and basic outreach content.
- Organizational and time-management skills to support project planning, scheduling, and documentation.
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools (e.g., video conferencing, shared documents, project management software).
- Interest in entrepreneurship, innovation ecosystems, and community development.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and seek guidance when needed.
- Currently enrolled in, or recently completed, a degree program in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, business, public policy, communications) is preferred but not required.
