Pay Rate: $92.00 - $98.00 Negotiable based upon years of experience

This role is for an existing vacancy.

Responsibilities:

- Lead transformation and change management initiatives focused on Capital Markets to address regulatory, audit, risk and control issues.

- Collaborate with Global Markets stakeholders, including trading desks, finance, operations, technology, and risk management, to build robust relationships.

- Manage multiple stakeholders to derive business requirements and assist Technology in translating them into technical requirements.

- Oversee internal and external dependencies across initiatives, working closely with Risk Managers, Product Owners, Front Office, Product Control, and Technology teams.

- Identify challenges and proactively resolve or escalate risks and issues in a timely and well-articulated manner.

- Produce accurate and insightful project update materials and artifacts for various forums and committees.

- Adopt a joined-up approach to support the execution of programs.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.

- Experience with delivering IMA specific components (ES, NMRF, RFET,



PLAT, etc.).

- Strong Market Risk experience and familiarity with HVaR model management.

- Experience with FRTB and/or other material front office driven regulatory initiatives.

- Experience with derivatives trading, risk, and P&L; flows.

- Proven track record in strategic project management and delivering complex solutions.

- Significant experience in Capital Markets Transformation.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills; articulate and persuasive with senior stakeholders.

- Solid understanding of mechanisms to track and communicate performance.

- Ability to drive change by working effectively across a global organization.

- Demonstrated analytical skills with follow-up and problem-solving capability.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in Markets, Risk, and Regulatory related projects/programs.

- Bachelor’s/University degree in relevant fields, Master’s degree preferred.

- Project Management certifications e.g., PMP or equivalent are a strong plus.

- Experience with JIRA and Agile tech framework.
