Paul Davis Restoration is a national franchise organization that provides property damage emergency services, restoration, and reconstruction services for residential and commercial properties due to water, fire, mold, storm, and other disasters. The Paul Davis Restoration Network is made up of more than 380 franchises across the US and Canada.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Property Restoration Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will oversee residential and commercial restoration projects from initial assessment through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to a high standard of quality.

The ideal candidate has experience in property restoration, construction, insurance claims, or project management and is comfortable coordinating customers, trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and insurance professionals throughout the restoration process.

Key Responsibilities

· Using RMS “Restoration Management Software” to keep track of project activites

· Manage restoration projects from initial scope through final completion.

· Conduct or coordinate site assessments and develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets.

· Communicate regularly with homeowners, property managers, insurance adjusters, consultants, subcontractors, and internal team members.

· Coordinate demolition, mitigation, reconstruction, and specialty trades as required.

· Schedule labour, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and inspections.

· Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and timelines.

· Review scopes of work and identify changes, deficiencies, and additional work requirements.

· Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, photographs, estimates, change orders, invoices, and progress reports.





· Ensure projects comply with applicable building codes, safety requirements, company policies, and industry standards.

· Address customer concerns professionally and work proactively to resolve issues.

· Review completed work and coordinate final walkthroughs, deficiencies, and project closeout.

· Maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance partners, vendors, and subcontractors.

· Participate in emergency response and after-hours calls when required.

Qualifications

· 3+ years of experience in restoration, construction, insurance claims, or a related project management role is a asset.

· Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial construction processes.

· Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

· Knowledge of water, fire, smoke, mould, storm, and other property-loss restoration processes is an asset.

· Experience working with insurance claims and adjusters is preferred.

· Strong budgeting, scheduling, organizational, and documentation skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management/estimating software.

· Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond effectively to changing priorities.

· Valid class 5 driver license

· Good drivers abstract

· Letter of good conduct

· Ability to work within a team or independently as needed

· Knowledge of computer / Ipad / tablet

· Solid written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent customer service

· IICRC Certifications will be considered an asset

Physical Demands

· Lifting from 20 lbs – 30 lbs

· Sitting and/or Standing for long period of times

· Occasionally working from 5 feet of height

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
