Performance Property Management is a fast-growing, modern property management company based in Toronto and proudly serving the Greater Toronto Area. We oversee a diverse portfolio of high-rise, low-rise, boutique condominium, townhome, and commercial corporations.

We are currently seeking a Property Accountant to join our expanding team for this is a full time hybrid role who has experience performing accounting functions for a portfolio of condominium corporations. The successful candidate will ensure accurate, timely and complete financial reporting, including management of:

- Monthly, Unaudited Financial Statements
- Payroll
- Knowledge Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Payroll, WSIB and year-end tax filings
- Cash Flow Report
- Reconciliations
- Adjusting entries
- Financial accounting software.
- Internal controls and procedures
- Liaise with the company auditors and other external parties as required.

We are looking for a candidate that is experienced in condominium property management. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years’ experience,





A condominium management background.

In addition the following skills are sought:

- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Yardi
- Experience with Buildium
- Quick books
