We are seeking a proactive and vigilant Property Monitoring Steward to oversee the safety, security, and integrity of our property. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment by conducting regular patrols, monitoring surveillance systems, and ensuring that all property assets are protected. Your energetic approach and keen eye for detail will help foster a safe and well-maintained environment for staff, visitors, and the property itself.

This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the safety and smooth operation of our facilities. Must have a vehicle capable of driving on logging roads ie. 4x4

Responsibilities

- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems continuously to detect unauthorized access or suspicious activity
- Maintain accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and observations to ensure thorough documentation
- Report maintenance needs or safety hazards immediately to relevant teams for swift resolution

Skills





- Strong observational skills with an eye for detail to identify potential security risks or property issues
- Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective coordination with emergency services or team members
- Ability to remain alert and vigilant during long shifts while maintaining a positive attitude
- Ability to respond swiftly and appropriately in emergency situations
- Prior experience in security, facilities management, or property monitoring is a plus but not required
