Part-Time Property Manager / Principal Condominium Manager – CMRAO General Licence

One Day Per Week | Oshawa | Peterborough Approximately Once Per Month

Compensation: $12,000–$14,000 Annual Compensation

Join a small, mighty and supportive property-management team overseeing a corporate-owned portfolio with no individual-owner dynamics.

Prism Property Management is seeking an experienced or newly licensed CMRAO General Licensee to provide part-time condominium-management and regulatory oversight. This is a highly structured role supported by dedicated accounting, leasing, maintenance, administration and senior-management teams.

Key Responsibilities

Act as Principal Condominium Manager for Prism Property Management;

Ensure ongoing compliance with CMRAO, CAO and applicable condominium-management requirements;

Provide required oversight and supervision of Limited Licensee(s);

Review regulatory and condominium-management matters requiring a General Licensee;

Provide guidance on compliance, notices, records and required documentation;

Conduct scheduled property inspections and identify compliance or operational concerns;

Review significant contractor,



maintenance or property-management matters where PCM oversight is required;

Support required CMRAO/CAO filings, records and regulatory correspondence.

Qualifications

Active CMRAO General Licence in good standing – required;

Sound knowledge of Ontario condominium-management legislation and regulatory requirements;

Ontario property-management experience;

Solid documentation and compliance skills;

Professional judgement and ability to work independently;

Comfortable working within established systems and procedures; and

Ability to travel to Oshawa.

The Structure The position is intended for a General Licensee seeking a predictable one-day-per-week professional role focused primarily on PCM and regulatory responsibilities, with a full operational team in place to support the portfolio.

Schedule: One scheduled day per week

Compensation: $12,000–$14,000 annual compensation, depending on experience

Location: Primarily Oshawa and or remote

Pay: From $12,000.00 per year
