GKD Industries Ltd. is a Calgary based ISO 9001:2015 certified company providing machining and related manufacturing solutions for the oil and gas, aerospace and defence industries.

We are currently recruiting for the position of Quality Control Inspector to join our Quality Control Team. We are looking for someone, ideally with a minimum of 3 years experience in a machining environment, strong metrology skills, detail oriented and the ability to understand/interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Duties will include

- Calibrate and control measuring instruments
- Perform product dimensional inspections
- Audit in-process and completed jobs, including final inspection
- Perform material inspections: hardness, ultrasonic and surface finish




- Record and maintain traceability information
- Complete product documentation required by customer
- Monitor and seek opportunities to improve GKD's ISO quality system
