Position: Quick Lube Technician

Your area of focus.

As a Windshield Technician you are responsible for the installation, repair, and replacement of automotive glass while ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Proficient in diagnosing glass damage, using specialized tools and adhesives, performing precise calibrations when required, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Committed to delivering efficient service, attention to detail, and professional customer interactions.

What drives your day-to-day?

- Diagnosing windshield and automotive glass damage to determine the appropriate repair or replacement solution.
- Removing and installing windshields, rear glass, and other automotive glass components.
- Following manufacturer specifications and safety procedures during all installations and repairs.




- Conducting quality inspections to ensure proper fit, sealing, and functionality.
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and a clean, organized workspace.
- Completing service documentation and work orders accurately.
- Providing friendly, professional customer service and explaining completed work to customers.
- Assisting with inventory management and ensuring adequate stock of materials and supplies.
- Collaborating with team members to keep workflow efficient and meet service timelines.

- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Efficient problem-solving skills
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- Ability to meet physical demands such as heavy lifting, standing for long periods of time and using power tools and hand-held equipment
- A valid driver's license and a safe driving history

Compensation The expected range of compensation for this position is $20 – $25 Hourly — No bonus. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, education, skills and experience.
