We are a family in Falconridge, Calgary, looking for a caring, reliable and responsible part time nanny for our two school-aged children, ages 6 and 8. We need childcare on a repeating two-week schedule: Week 1 Monday and Friday; Week 2 Thursday, approximately 5 hours per day. We are looking for someone who enjoys actively engaging and playing with children, helping with homework and reading, and preparing fresh, healthy vegetarian snacks and Punjabi/Indian meals.
Punjabi-speaking is strongly preferred. Our children attend online Punjabi classes with teachers from India, and we would love someone who can sit with them during class, speak Punjabi with them regularly, and help with their Punjabi reading, writing and homework. We are looking for someone dependable, patient and interested in a consistent, ongoing arrangement with our family.
