Job Role:

Receptionist - Must be 18+ (ProServe Preferred)

Duties and Responsibilities:

➢ Perform opening cash and facility duties.

➢ Perform cash handling duties and transact business.

➢ Accurately count till (s).

➢ Maximize revenue by effectively up-selling.

➢ Provide accurate information to customers in person and over the phone.





➢ Efficiently fill the day’s racing schedule.

➢ Coordinate group events and perform award ceremonies.

➢ Perform specific facility cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned by management.

➢ Ensure that all areas, including restrooms remain clean and safe.

➢ Perform closing duties to clean the facility and prepare for the next day’s operation.

➢ Able to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs.

➢ Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

➢ Able to read and interpret documents such as daily checklists, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

➢ Able to speak effectively before groups of customers and respond to questions.

➢ Must have basic mathematical skills.

➢ This is not intended to be all-inclusive. In this role you may be required to perform other duties as required.
