We are currently looking to hire our next great team member for the position of Regional Driver, based in Dieppe, NB. This is an ideal opportunity for a dependable, safety-focused professional who takes pride in long-distance commercial driving, careful equipment handling, accurate documentation, and completing inter-branch transfers safely and on schedule.

What You'll Do

As a Regional Driver, you'll play a key role in the safe, professional, and timely transportation of equipment, tools, materials, and related rental assets between Brunswick Lift Rentals locations across Eastern Canada. You'll work closely with Dispatch, Operations, Service, Yard, Sales, and branch teams to support equipment availability and regional operational priorities.

- Transport equipment, tools, materials, and related rental assets between company and branch locations across Eastern Canada.
- Complete scheduled inter-branch transfers safely, professionally, and on time while adapting to route, weather, traffic, and operational conditions.
- Operate company vehicles in compliance with applicable transportation requirements, company policies, site rules, and protected work procedures.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate driver logs, inspection records, transfer records, delivery documentation, and other required paperwork.
- Load, secure, transport, and unload equipment, tools, and materials safely to reduce risk and prevent damage.
- Confirm transfer details, equipment condition, destination requirements,



documentation, and branch-specific instructions before departure and upon arrival.
- Communicate delays, route changes, access concerns, equipment issues, branch concerns, and safety risks promptly to Dispatch or management.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, report repair or maintenance concerns, and assist with equipment movement, yard organization, and loading or unloading as required.

- You have strong communication, time-management, attention-to-detail, problem-solving, and recordkeeping skills.
- You can work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and use sound judgment in changing road, weather, and site conditions.

QualificationsRequired
- Valid Class 1 driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Completion of applicable commercial driver training requirements.
- Experience operating commercial vehicles and transporting equipment, tools, or similar materials over regional or long-distance routes.
- Experience loading, securing, transporting, and unloading equipment or materials safely.
- Knowledge of safe vehicle operation, load securement, vehicle inspections, driver logs, transportation documentation,



and interprovincial travel requirements.
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout Eastern Canada, including extended trips and overnight travel as required.
- Ability to work safely in changing road, weather, branch, yard, and worksite conditions.
- Strong communication, time-management, customer service, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work legally in Canada.

Preferred

- Experience in equipment rental, construction, industrial operations, transportation, trucking, regional hauling, or delivery environments.
- Experience transporting aerial lifts, forklifts, material-handling equipment, tools, propane, or similar rental assets.
- Experience completing inter-branch transfers or scheduled regional transportation routes.
- Familiarity with branch equipment workflows, transfer documentation, and construction or industrial safety requirements.
- Additional safety, equipment, forklift, aerial lift, or transportation-related training is considered an asset.
