Job Overview:

T he Regional Supervisor is to help be responsible foroverseeing all aspects of janitorial services at the designated site,ensuring compliance with contract obligations and delivering high-qualityservices to meet client expectations. The role involves managingcommunication between the company and the client, leading the cleaning staff,maintaining health and safety standards, and managing resources to ensuresmooth operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Liaise with clients to ensure that performancestandards are met, and complaints are addressed
- Proactively resolve concerns before escalatedby the client.
- Ensures subcontractor hours are in line withbudget




- Ensure all timesheets are correct for assignedsites to Dayforce every Sunday / Monday
- Ensure to set explicit expectations with staffand subcontractors
- Ensures that scheduled hours and actual hoursare in line with budget
- Oversee or coordinates equipment repairs
- Participates in the hiring, training, andsupervision of Alpine employees and subcontractors
- Conducts monthly QA inspections within theirportfolio
- Managing work orders and ensuring it getscompleted in a timely manner
- Following up on deficiencies and validatingfor completion
- Report photographs any damages onsite orincidents
- Collaborate effectively with other departmentsincluding; People & Culture, Service and Maintenance teams.
- Place monthly supply orders at the end of eachmonth for all assigned sites
- Conduct supply audits to ensure adequate parlevels of supplies and consumables for each location (and to ensuresites are not over budget)
- Ensures that employees and subcontractors arecompliant with requirements such as security clearances, access badges,GST, business licensing, GST, business licensing, WCB, liabilityinsurance, etc. (as applicable)
- Ensurethe workforce is in compliance with all company, federal, provincial andCollective Bargaining Agreement (where applicable).
- Other duties and responsibilities as required

Required Skills/Abilities:

- 3-4 years of People Managementexperience
- 2 years of Commercial JanitorialCleaning experience

1-2 years of Customer Service
- Ability to identify knowledge gap and reachout for training
- Ability to identify reoccurring issues andimplement corrective actions
- Ability to take accountability to resolvematters in a timely manner
