About Us

Forever Care Therapy is a new and growing ABA provider supporting children and families through individualized, evidence-based services.

We are looking for a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) who wants more than occasional supervision hours. We are hoping to find someone who is interested in growing with the company long-term, helping build strong clinical systems, and taking on increased responsibility as Forever Care Therapy expands.

The Role The RBA will provide clinical oversight for ABA services and supervise Instructor Therapists.

Responsibilities may include

- Conducting and/or overseeing assessments
- Developing treatment plans and individualized ABA programs
- Supervising and coaching Instructor Therapists
- Reviewing data and modifying programming as needed
- Parent/caregiver consultation and training
- Completing progress reports and clinical documentation
- Supporting client intake
- Helping develop clinical policies, procedures, and therapist training systems
- Collaborating with families and other professionals when appropriate
- Ensuring services are delivered in accordance with CPBAO standards

Qualifications

Applicants must

- Be registered and in positive standing as an RBA with CPBAO




- Have experience providing ABA services to children and/or youth
- Have experience supervising Instructor Therapists
- Have strong assessment, treatment planning, data collection, and programming skills
- Carry appropriate professional liability insurance
- Have a satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check
- Have reliable transportation for required in-person visits

Experience with the Ontario Autism Program and eligibility for or current listing on the OAP Provider List are strong assets. Compensation & Schedule

$60+ per hour

Independent contractor position.

Flexible part-time hours to start, with the opportunity for hours and responsibilities to increase as the company grows.

Some clinical work may be completed virtually when appropriate.
