Thrita Center Inc. is inviting applications from a relationally attuned, emotionally present, and values-driven Clinical Counsellor (RCC, MSW, or RPsych) to join our practice as an Independent Contractor.

Our centre specializes in couples counselling through an attachment-based, trauma-informed lens, with strong integration of the Gottman Therapy model. This is a unique prospect to maintain independence while being supported, respected, and connected in a collaborative, heart-centred environment.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

- Is a Clinical Counsellor (RCC, MSW, or RPsych) in good standing in BC
- Has experience working with couples and interest/training in Gottman Therapy
- Understands relational dynamics, attachment theory, and trauma
- Practices from a client-centered and anti-oppressive approach
- Thrives independently, while appreciating collaboration and connection
- Brings self-awareness,



emotional presence, and integrity to their practice
