Role Description

This full-time on-site Registered Massage Therapist role is based in Winnipeg, MB. The therapist will provide high-quality therapeutic massage services tailored to individual client needs, including assessment, treatment planning, and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing a variety of massage modalities, educating clients on stress management and self-care strategies, and collaborating with other health professionals to support integrated care plans.

The role also involves maintaining a clean, safe treatment setting, managing appointment schedules, and delivering respectful,



client-focused service to all individuals. The therapist is expected to uphold professional standards, follow clinic policies, and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated proficiency in Therapeutic Massage and Body Massage techniques, with the ability to adapt treatments to diverse client needs.
- Experience or training in Shiatsu and related modalities that support relaxation, recovery, and overall wellness.
- Skills in Stress Management, including the ability to educate clients on strategies that complement massage therapy.
- Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathy, clear communication, and building long-term client relationships.
- Completion of an accredited massage therapy program and eligibility for registration/licensure in Manitoba.
- Knowledge of professional ethics, confidentiality, and proper record-keeping in a clinical setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a proactive, wellness-oriented environment.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification and professional liability insurance are considered assets.
