Provide patient-focused care as a Registered Nurse at Windsor Regional Hospital. Collaborate with healthcare teams to assess, monitor, and support patients and families effectively.
Reporting to the Program Manager, 7 CTU, this role involves ongoing patient assessment, identification of needs, and care plan development. You will deliver direct patient care while participating in career development and quality improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities will align with hospital values, promoting a safe work environment and adhering to Occupational Health and Safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and monitor patient health status continually • Collaborate with families and team members for care • Develop and evaluate care plans tailored to patients • Participate in professional development and training • Implement quality improvement initiatives in the unit
Requirements: • Current Certificate of Registration from College of Nurses of Ontario • Basic Rescuer (C) certification from Heart and Stroke Foundation • Previous medical/surgical experience preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Commitment to professional growth and process improvement
