We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physiotherapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide evidence-based physiotherapy treatments designed to improve clients’ mobility, function, strength, and overall quality of life. Responsibilities

- Assess clients’ physical conditions, mobility, strength, range of motion, and functional limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs, goals, and clinical findings.
- Provide physiotherapy treatments using appropriate therapeutic techniques, exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation methods.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to support optimal recovery and functional improvement.
- Educate clients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, posture, movement, and strategies to support continued recovery.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential clinical records, including assessments, treatment notes, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when appropriate to provide coordinated and comprehensive client care.
- Ensure treatment areas and equipment are maintained in a clean, protected, and professional condition.




- Uphold professional standards of conduct, confidentiality, ethics, and customer service at all times.
- Stay current with physiotherapy research, treatment techniques, professional standards, and continuing education requirements.

Requirements

- Registered or eligible for registration as a Physiotherapist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC)
- Degree in Physiotherapy, Physical Therapy, or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions, rehabilitation principles, therapeutic exercise, and injury management.
- Excellent assessment, clinical reasoning, and treatment planning skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly explain treatment plans and exercises to clients.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a professional, welcoming, and supportive environment.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with other members of the healthcare team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when maintaining clinical documentation and client records.

Pay: $110.00-$120.00 per hour
