Rosegold Health Inc. is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Registered Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team. We are looking for a clinician who is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care and helping clients achieve their mobility, recovery, and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-informed physiotherapy interventions tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, rehabilitation strategies, injury prevention, and self-management.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, caregivers, and other members of the care team when required.
- Support patients in improving strength, mobility, function, independence, and quality of life.
- Maintain professional standards and comply with applicable healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive patient experience.

Qualifications





- Degree or equivalent qualification in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Current registration and good standing with the applicable provincial regulatory college.
- Professional liability insurance as required.
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
- New graduates and experienced physiotherapists are welcome to apply.

Pay: $55.00-$80.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
