Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care aligned with medical and professional standards • Liaise with physicians and external healthcare partners • Guide Personal Support Workers on resident care • Participate in team reports regarding resident status • Contribute to the revision of care procedures
Requirements: • Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario • Robust background in geriatric or rehabilitation nursing • Knowledge of health care regulations and acts • Commitment to maintaining a safe health care environment • Member in good standing with the College of Nurses
