Two Guys No Truck is looking for an organized, quick thinking Dispatcher to coordinate our moving crews and keep customers in the loop all from home.

What you'll do

- Schedule and dispatch moving jobs based on crew availability and location
- Communicate with crews and customers by phone, text, and email throughout the day
- Track job status and keep our scheduling system/CRM up to date
- Handle day-of changes, delays, and customer questions calmly and professionally
- Provide quotes and answer inbound inquiries as needed

What you'll need

- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Comfortable multitasking across phone, text, and scheduling software
- Reliable internet and a quiet space to work from, since this role is fully remote
- Previous dispatch, logistics, or customer service experience is a plus but not required

Pay: $[18.19–32.26]/hr
