Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various cleaning tasks.
- Conduct commercial cleaning in offices, restrooms, and common areas to maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within designated time frames.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning needs and issues.
- Assist with facilities maintenance as needed, including minor repairs or reporting major issues.
- Handle heavy lifting when required, such as moving furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained properly.

Skills





- Strong facilities maintenance knowledge is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and staff.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
- Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in cleaning tasks.
- Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
