What you'll be doing
- Residential interior painting.
- Surface preparation and drywall repairs.
- Brushing and rolling.
- Spraying where applicable.
- Protecting floors, furniture and customer belongings.
- Keeping jobsites clean and organized.
- Working directly in customers' homes.
- Following our painting processes and quality standards.

Pay & earning potential
- $17–35/hour, based on experience and ability.
- Hourly pay / piece rate — whichever pays you more at the end of the job.
- For example, if a job is budgeted for 8 hours and you finish it to our quality standard in 5 hours, you still get paid for the full 8 hours.
