Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient processing
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food items according to safety standards, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in all food handling activities
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean, organized work area adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations
- Manage guest inquiries or complaints professionally,

- Assist in opening or closing duties as needed, including inventory checks and sanitation procedures

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred but not required; training provided for motivated newcomers
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus; basic math skills are essential for cash handling and billing accuracy
- Understanding of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Hospitality mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork
- Experience in serving, cashiering, or kitchen operations is advantageous but not mandatory
