Ace Peak Solutions are looking for a motivated full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our team representing Rogers Telecommunications at established retail locations in the Ottawa area. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating directly with customers, and building experience in a customer-facing sales environment.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers at retail locations, learn about their wireless and internet needs, and introduce Rogers products and services that may be a good fit.

Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities:

- Welcome and engage with customers at retail locations
- Learn about customers' wireless and internet needs
- Explain Rogers wireless and internet products and service options
- Provide a professional and positive customer experience
- Build rapport and establish strong customer relationships
- Answer customer questions and provide product information
- Complete customer enrollments accurately
- Stay current on Rogers product updates and service offerings




- Participate in team meetings and coaching
- Work toward individual and team performance goals

The Retail Sales Associate position is based at established retail locations and involves direct, in-person customer interaction. This is a commission-based opportunity with performance-based incentive potential.
