About Steff Eleoff

Steff Eleoff is a Toronto jewelry brand making sculptural pieces that sit somewhere between the gallery and the body. Every design starts as a drawing and is produced by hand. This fall we're opening two retail activations in Yorkdale Shopping Mall and Yorkville — a series of kiosks inside a high-traffic luxury retail workplace, running from October through the holiday season, presenting our FW26 collection alongside our best sellers.

The role

You are the brand on the floor. This is a contract retail role starting October 2-29, then November 12-December 12. You'll sell a 50-piece assortment that spans our FW26 collection, tech ring covers, and best sellers.

What you'll do

- Sell to a luxury retail customer, with unhurried, high-touch service that meets the standard of the host environment
- Build multi-piece sales
- Capture customer emails and contact details
- Process transactions accurately and reconcile daily
- Take special orders and follow them through to the customer
- Maintain the vitrine to a luxury standard — merchandising, restocking, cleaning, daily counts




- Report customer reactions, objections, and sell-through patterns back to the brand team each week

What you bring

- 2+ years selling in premium or luxury retail; jewelry, watches, or accessories preferred, and experience in a department store or concession environment is a strong advantage
- Comfort with a considered sell at a $300–$600 price point
- The ability to learn a technical product and explain it plainly, without losing the design story
- Precision with transactions, inventory counts, and paperwork
- Availability for holiday retail hours — evenings, weekends, and peak weeks and Thanksgiving.
- Comfort standing for full shifts in a compact kiosk footprint
- Ability to work at both Toronto locations, Yorkdale Shopping Mall and Yorkville.

Details

- Contract position. Product training before opening. Reports to CMO. Strong performers will be considered first for future activations and permanent retail roles.
