- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments accurately.
- Maintain attractive product displays through merchandising efforts to maximize sales potential.
- Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves and organizing stock in the storage areas.




- Support customers with online orders or e-commerce inquiries, ensuring seamless service across platforms.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and fostering positive relationships.

Skills

- Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures to ensure smooth transactions.
- Solid communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases.
- Knowledge of gardening, horticulture, landscape maintenance, and related products to provide expert advice.
- Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles that demonstrate your ability to engage with shoppers effectively.
- Organizational skills for managing stock levels, merchandising displays, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also independently managing tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms to support online sales initiatives is desirable.
