Job Overview

We're looking for a Retail Sales Associate for our West Edmonton Mall location. You'll be the face of the store for our customers - helping them find the right products, building real product knowledge, and keeping the floor running smoothly, often on your own.

Schedule

Full-time schedule is four 10-hour shifts per week (10am-8pm), giving you three days off every week. Part time arrangements may also be considered.

Requirements

- Must be 18 years of age or older (legal requirement to sell and handle vape and tobacco products in Alberta)
- Comfortable working independently on the sales floor
- Enjoys customer service and learning about retail products

Responsibilities





- Deliver excellent customer service on the sales floor
- Build product knowledge across vape hardware, e-liquids, and accessories
- Process sales accurately through our point-of-sale (POS) system
- Merchandise and restock shelves
- General store upkeep

Rewards
