Ashia Mode, a luxury women’s fashion boutique established in Vancouver in 1987, is looking for a dependable and energetic Retail Sales Support & Stock Associate.

This is a hands-on support position combining customer service, merchandise handling and general store upkeep. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to learn luxury retail and grow into a commissioned sales position with time, experience and demonstrated performance.

Responsibilities

- Assist the sales team
- Prepare fitting rooms and retrieve merchandise for clients
- Return, organize and replenish merchandise on the sales floor
- Receive, unpack, steam and prepare new merchandise
- Help maintain visual displays and an elegant store environment
- Move boxes, fixtures and other store materials
- Perform general upkeep, including tidying, cleaning and taking out garbage
- Assist with other daily tasks needed to keep the store running smoothly

Qualifications
- Dependable, punctual and willing to take initiative
- Friendly, polished and comfortable interacting with clients
- Interested in fashion,



customer service and developing sales skills
- Organized, efficient and attentive to detail
- Comfortable performing both customer-facing and physical tasks
- Able to lift and move boxes weighing up to approximately 30 lb
- Available to work weekdays and weekends
