At Foot Solutions we are a small family owned business that have built a solid reputation with our loyal customers over the last 17 years. We are experts in foot wellness and we provide a caring service focused on individual attention and personalized recommendations.

The key responsibilities for the Retail Sales Associate position are:

- Open and close the store
- Manage the cash register and the POS & Moneris payment systems
- Assess and properly fit clients with the proper footwear
- Respond to and manage client telephone calls and book appointments for orthotics
- Establish and maintain good client relationships
- Training will be provided onsite
- Work schedule is between Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm, and Saturday from 10am to 5pm

We offer great hours between 10am and 6 pm.





Can you?

- Learn and adapt quickly to solving various foot issues with footwear and/or orthotic recommendations
- Understand customer needs and promote and up sell products and offer valuable product knowledge to customers
- Exhibit effective communication with customers including customer phone calls, emails, voicemail responses, including some conflict management
- Employ basic computer skills - for example: responding to customer emails and using our POS system & microsoft windows applications (Word, Excel)
- Update customer’s files and prepare documentation for customer’s insurance papers
- Make follow up calls to new and existing customers to maintain relationships and to cultivate additional business
- Respond to customers’ requests and inquiries in a timely manner

Qualifications

Do you have?

- A minimum of 1 year experience in a sales and/or a customer service environment
- Bilingualism (English/French) is required, both written and verbal

The candidate must bilingual as we deal with both French and English speaking clientele on a daily basis.
