We're looking for an experienced, people-first Retail Store Manager to run daily operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences at our Winnipeg store.

What You'll Do:

- Lead, coach, and schedule a team of retail staff to hit performance and service goals
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory and staffing
- Handle customer escalations and ensure a great in-store experience
- Drive traffic through in-store events and marketing initiatives
- Track KPIs and maintain store standards

What You Bring:

- Passion for photography and helping customers find the right products and services
- 2+ years of retail management or supervisory experience (required)
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills




- Proven ability to drive sales and manage a team to meet performance goals
- A customer-first mindset and problem-solving ability
